Many companies feel that Mexico is considered an easier place for automotive vehicles to build cars than India or China. It is also easier for the plants there to receive their parts because many of the companies that manufacture parts also have plants in Mexico.
Plans are in place to build a plant in Mexico that is expected to open in 2014. The plant is expected to seriously boost the number of cars that Honda will be able to import to dealers all across America. Globalization is in full effect and cars can me made anywhere now. Many Japanese and American cars are currently being made in Mexico.
