Make A Statement When You Purchase A New Auto

It is important not to judge a book by it’s cover, but regrettably the vehicle we choose to drive makes a statement that forms our image which is then projected to the rest of the world. The type of car and brand that someone chooses to purchase can also be a form of expression. A two-seater sports car says : “I am single without a care in the world”, while a mini-van might suggest “I have a load of kids to haul off to soccer practice!”. These stereotypes may not be necessarily accurate or even close to the truth; they simply offer a glimpse as to how an individual might be judged and perceived due to their choice of car.
It is fascinating to see how the color, brand and type of auto can form an impression of you on others.
The size and type of vehicle that one drive reveals numerous facets about someone’s personality and disposition. Driving a SUV can reflect a desire of the owner to be trendy and fashion forward, as SUV’s seem to be the rage nowadays. Individuals who drive fuel efficient cars can be perceived as having a strong concern for the environment or possibly being frugal in regards to the price of gas. Drivers of medium sized sedans tend to be thought of as practical and concerned about utility and safety. Hybrid cars are generally associated with people who have strong proclivity towards protecting the environment and the earth’s resources while mini vans tend to be typically associated with large families.
A vehicle’s color can also reveal a significant amount about the driver’s personality and moods. A red car may indicate that the driver is a passionate, energetic and perhaps a little wild. Keep in mind that red cars are more noticeable and tend to receive more traffic tickets than any other colored car. Black cars symbolize authority, power and elegance and send the message that one is confident and self-assured. Drivers of white cars are perceived as safe, practical and serious-minded. Drivers of blue cars tend to be perceived as loyal, calm and wanting to blend in with the crowd rather than stand out and make a statement. Yellow cars and their drivers are seen as fun, confident and young at heart.
The brand of car that one drives also makes a statement about the driver. These ideas may be completely false, however, they are simply related to the brand of the auto maker which is then simply transferred to the consumer. For example, drivers of Mercedes Benz vehicles tend to be perceived as successful, powerful and of high status whereas Honda drivers are thought of more as practical and concerned with safety and function. Jeep drivers are thought of as spontaneous adventure seekers who enjoy a lot of outdoor adventures.
It is important to keep in mind that these stereotypes are by no means fact and they may be {completely untrue|totally inaccurate|completely false|entirely incorrect{}. Even though we may not like it|Although we may not agree with it|Although we may not like it}, we are frequently judged by others on our superficial exterior and that includes the auto that we drive. It might be helpful to keep these tidbits in mind the next time you decide to buy a new vehicle.
