I know that there are already models like this on the market being tested. Exciting times! but not for the oil companies ha! And some states also have a state tax credit, such here in CA where you can deduct another $5,000. The number look much better for those who have the tax liability and can take advantage of these credits. You should also put of price on never having to spend another minute at a filthy gas station, never giving your money to the evil oil companies, and by extension, the evil Saudis. If you never again pollute your neighbor's air, or you own kid's air, what value would you place on that? EVs are going to take over from gas burners. It'll take some time, but it will happen.
