Are We Judged By The Car We Drive?

We’d like to believe that the car we drive doesn’t matter, but the fact is that we are frequently judged by what we drive.

First and foremost, it’s most important that you are pleased with what you drive. If you’re happy that’s all that matters. However, it’s very idealistic to believe that other people don’t judge you based on what you drive. I have noticed a huge difference in the way that people treat me based on what I drive. I find that people treat me with more respect in a luxury car than in an economy car. Also, fact is that when I was driving an older model economy car, I used to get pulled over by cops all the time. I have not gotten pulled over once in my luxury car. I don’t know the reasons why but my driving style has not changed; the only variable that did change is the car that I drive. Auto Dealers Golden Valley and Used Cars Minneapolis offers great deals on Used Toyota Brooklyn Park.

I have noticed that some people are more “intimidated” by luxury cars.  When I drove an economy car I would actually get approached more often buy guys. However it seems that everyone is “scared” now that I drive a luxury car. Perhaps I come across as less approachable or “too successful”. Not sure what the issue is but it seems that men are definitely intimidated.

What it comes down to is; drive what makes you happy. As long as you are happy, everything is secondary. You don’t have to spend a small fortune either in order to get a nice car. Used car dealers usually offer great prices on used cars and most people can’t tell the difference between a new vehicle and one that is just a few years old. Ford Dealer St Louis offers great deals on cars, SUV’s and trucks.
